When Erin first moved to Cincy, a friend drug her along to a CycleBar class, and she fell in love with the instructors, the playlists, and the dance vibes. As an instructor, Erin motivates her riders with a ton of yelling. Just kidding! (Ok, mostly kidding.) She strives to get her riders excited about Monday morning, remind them that they’re in control of their own lives, and they can achieve any goals they set. Erin wants to create a space where the energy is contagious and everyone can forget about their stress and just DANCE.
